Here at Cradle Cattle Farm I aim to raise the best cattle with focus on gentics and pasture management while supplementing it with good hay, minerals, and a top quality feed. I'm in parteners with a few neighbors and we all have the same goal to produce the nicest cattle the east has to offer. We have a good foundation herd and we always try to hold back a few heifers each year as we grow into the cattle bussiness. I cross Black Angus with Tarentaise which in return gives a great Carcuss along with premier marbeling. I have 3/4 Tarentaise cattle which are bred back to a Full blooded Black Angus bull. I have come to realize that for my area the winter calving season works best for me. My girls usually calve December- January.
